Shipping & Delivery Policy — Brand 1369

1. Order Processing / Dispatch

  • All orders placed on 1369 will be processed and dispatched from our facility within 1­–3 business days (for standard items).

  • For custom or personalized items, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

  • Non-business days (weekends, public holidays) are excluded from processing time.

2. Domestic (India) Shipping

  • We ship to all pin codes in India unless explicitly stated.

  • Once dispatched, delivery will typically take 3-6 business days for metro/urban locations, and 5-9 business days for remote or less accessible regions.

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above ₹ 999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available subject to an additional charge of ₹ 50.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via trusted courier services.

  • Processing time: orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation (for international).

  • Estimated delivery: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country, customs, and local carrier.

  • Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees in their country.

4. Shipping Notifications & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email (and/or SMS) with your tracking number and link to track your shipment.

  • Please keep your shipping address complete and accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address provided at checkout.

5. Delivery Attempts, Returns & RTO

  • In the event of delivery failure (e.g., three unsuccessful attempts, incorrect address, refusal to accept), the order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

  • Should the order be returned due to buyer address issues, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • If the order is returned to us without being delivered and you wish to reship, shipping charges will apply.

6. Delays, Damages & Liability

  • While we endeavor to meet the estimated delivery times, these are indicative only. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

  • If a package arrives with visible damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with documentation (photos/videos) so that we may coordinate a claim with the courier.

  • For missing shipments marked “delivered” by the courier but not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours of the indicated delivery time so we can raise an investigation.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time; any changes will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of posting.
