1369 – Return & Refund Policy

At 1369, every piece is printed just for you — one order at a time.
We don’t mass-produce, we make-to-order. That means your hoodie, tee, or jogger doesn’t exist until you choose it.

We care deeply about your experience, and if something ever goes wrong, we’ll do everything we can to make it right — fairly and fast.

1. When Can You Return or Get a Replacement?

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • The item you received is damaged, misprinted, or defective, or

  • You received a different product or size than what you ordered, or

  • Your order was lost or never delivered.

You can raise a request within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. When Returns Are Not Possible

Because each product is custom-printed just for you, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Size or color chosen incorrectly by the customer

  • Change of mind after the order has gone into printing

  • Slight shade variations (due to screen vs print differences)

Please double-check your size guide before ordering — our fits follow standard Indian sizing.

3. Our “First-Order Promise”

We understand you’re trusting us for the first time.
So, for your first order, if the fit isn’t right, we’ll happily offer a one-time size exchange (no questions asked) — you just pay the return shipping.
We’ll cover re-printing and re-delivery on our side.

4. How to Raise a Return or Replacement

It’s simple:

  1. Email us at inside1369@vivantaari.com with your order ID and a short note about the issue.

  2. Attach a few clear photos or a short video of the item and its packaging (especially if damaged or misprinted).

  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.

If approved:

  • We’ll send a replacement of the same product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • If the issue is our fault (damage, defect, wrong item, misprint), we’ll cover all shipping.

  • If you wish to exchange for another size or item (where applicable), you’ll cover return shipping to us, and we’ll cover the re-shipment back to you.

6. Orders Lost or Not Delivered

If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, let us know immediately.
We’ll coordinate with our courier partner, and if confirmed lost, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing — after that, they move to printing and can’t be modified or cancelled.

8. A Quick Note on Fairness

Every claim is handled personally by our small team.
We don’t hide behind long forms or complicated rules — our goal is simple:

“Treat you the way we’d like to be treated as customers.”

If a claim doesn’t qualify, we’ll explain why, clearly and kindly.
